We’re looking for a full-time Designer to help shape DWF Labs' visual output across brand, marketing, and digital touchpoints, with supporting work on product and web interfaces.
This role is best suited for a strong all-round designer with solid fundamentals in composition, typography, hierarchy, branding, and digital design. The ideal candidate is someone who can create polished, high-quality work across product and interface design, UI/UX, social media, campaigns, presentations, web assets, and branded materials with consistency, taste, and strong attention to detail.
A sharp eye for quality and strong core design ability are essential. Experience in Web3 is highly preferred, and we value someone who is responsive, curious, and genuinely plugged into both the design world and the crypto space.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality visual assets across product, social media, campaigns, presentations, website content, and promotional materials for the company and its incubated projects.
Design intuitive and polished product and web UI work within established design systems — extending existing patterns, components, and tokens and working closely with product and development teams
Maintain brand consistency across multiple concurrent brand systems, each with its own identity, typography, and token set
Design marketing and communications materials for both online and offline use, including banners, ads, event collateral, and branded content.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute campaign visuals across multiple channels.
Create presentation design, templates, and pitch materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver thoughtful and effective design solutions.
Help evolve and refine visual systems, templates, and design workflows for greater consistency and efficiency.
Stay up to date with design trends, cultural references, tools, and developments across both the design and crypto industries.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, digital design, product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design fundamentals across branding, digital, marketing, and product/UI work.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
Proven experience designing for product, web, and user interface experiences, with a solid grasp of UI/UX principles and responsive design basics
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
Ability to work across a wide range of formats and channels while maintaining a high standard of craft, consistency, and usability.
Strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of how to translate brand direction and product needs into polished visual output.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
Highly responsive, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving team.
Strong familiarity with Web3, blockchain, crypto, fintech, or adjacent digital-native industries.
Actively plugged into the design space and aware of evolving trends, references, and standards across both design and crypto.
