What you'll do:
- Under minimal guidance, provide a variety of detailed technical solutions as requested for external customers and/or internal engineering groups through the development of original project concepts or analysis of as-built design conditions.
- Develop and analyze alternative designs to engineering problems using accepted best practices.
- Coordinate project assignments through use of technical support and assures customer satisfaction by providing design options which are technically correct, operationally feasible, accurately documented, economical, and aligned with project objectives.
What you'll bring:
- Associate degree or equivalent certification in engineering related field, drafting or equivalent PLUS four years or more related experience with demonstrated competencies in either Civil/Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical design option plus the ability to become competent in additional design options
OR - High School diploma or equivalent PLUS six years or more job-related industrial design with extensive engineering and construction experience with demonstrated competencies in either Civil/Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical design option plus the ability to become competent in additional design options.
- Must have knowledge of design software applications.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to project sites.
- Requires excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match, and/or aptitude.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $72,000 - $89,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
