Job Summary:

Assists the dietary cook in preparing meals for residents and operates the dishwasher.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the cook in preparation of meals and snacks.
• Assists in service of meals to residents in dining room.
• Operates automatic dishwasher and disposal.
• Returns clean items to proper locations and cleans work area.
• Utilizes high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Assisting other dietary staff in completing duties as needed.

Job Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to follow procedures and basic cooking directions.
