The Digital Account Manager II is an intermediate-level position designed for a high-performing professional who excels at translating client objectives into actionable, data-driven digital strategies.

Responsibilities of the role include:

1.      Act as the central system for our sales and digital execution teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on strategy and execution.

2.      Use your discretion (and the data) to develop campaign strategies that don't just "run"—they thrive.

3.      Monitor account performance daily, hunting for opportunities to tweak, pivot, and improve.

4.      Evaluate campaign performance using Lead To Hire insights to tell the story of why things are working and how we can win bigger.

5.      Own the "Decision Quality." When a campaign needs course correction, you’re the one making the recommendation.

6.      Other responsibilities assigned as needed.

 

 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in digital marketing, digital strategy, or performance media management (agency)
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies (e.g., Search, Display, Social, Programmatic, Email, Content Marketing).
  • Track record of managing campaign budgets and optimizing spend to meet ROI, CPL, or CPA goals.
  • Google Ads Certification - Preferred
  • Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification - Preferred

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $70,000-80,000 annually. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
