Job Description

About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Digital Asset Media Support Analyst to support requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery of custom video platform capabilities, leveraging the Kaltura media ecosystem. This role works closely with customer stakeholders and Kaltura support to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical needs.  


What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer and project stakeholders.
  • Define feature requirements, user workflows, and functional solutions for video-centric use cases.
  • Scope, plan, and oversee large or complex media and content migrations.
  • Troubleshoot platform, configuration, and integration issues as they arise.
  • Document solutions, configurations, and processes for internal and customer use.


Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as software development, product management, or technical project management.
  • Hands-on experience with online video platforms and media distribution technologies (e.g., OVP, OTT, CDN, DAM/MAM, transcoding, live streaming).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience administering Kaltura platforms, including KMC and KMS configuration, feature deployment, and platform customization.
  • Experience configuring Kaltura Universal/Studio players and creating or modifying player features.
  • Understanding of the Kaltura API, including the ability to make minor adjustments or generate custom reports.
  • Knowledge of metadata-driven automation, rule-based playlists, and embedding Kaltura content into platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and LMS systems.
  • Familiarity with additional media delivery systems (YouTube, Apple Podcasts) and content creation tools (Camtasia, Snagit, TTS applications).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large media libraries (10,000+ assets).
  • Prior experience in an online education or academic environment preferred.
