Description
What You’ll Do:
- Create compelling and high-quality content including videos, photography, graphics, member stories, employee features, and other multimedia assets that support marketing, community engagement, and organizational initiatives.
- Manage the credit union's social media presence through content planning, creation, scheduling, monitoring, and audience engagement while maintaining brand standards and voice.
- Support executive communications by drafting, editing, and publishing content on behalf of organizational leaders across internal and external channels.
- Capture and share stories that highlight community impact, member success, employee engagement, financial education efforts, and organizational achievements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify content opportunities that support strategic priorities, community initiatives, and member engagement efforts.
- Monitor digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to improve future content and campaign performance.
- Support community engagement and organizational initiatives as assigned and perform other duties as required.
- Complies with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Requirements
What You Need To Succeed:
- Job Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
- Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and shareable content for online platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and digital analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital trends and best practices.
