Pay range: $33-$38 per hour
The Management Group is hiring a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist to support digital advertising, marketing performance analysis, website optimization, and reporting across a growing portfolio of properties. This is not a general social media or creative-only marketing role. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, analytics, campaign performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic side of digital marketing. You will help set up and monitor campaigns, review performance data, identify trends, generate reports, and provide practical recommendations that improve marketing results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Set up and maintain Google and Social Ads campaigns after creative assets, content, and approvals are completed.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review Google Analytics, Search Console, website traffic, social media metrics, CRM reporting, business listings, reputation platforms, and other digital performance indicators.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare clear performance summaries, insights, and initial recommendations.
- Translate digital performance data into organized reporting that supports marketing and business decisions.
- Assist with A/B testing and other experiments to optimize messaging, targeting, and creative assets.
- Support website launches, updates, SEO audits, and digital quality checks.
- Generate quarterly market reports, client-facing updates, executive summaries, key findings, and marketing recommendations.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, industry changes, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, operations leaders, and external vendors as needed.
What We�re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with setting-up and managing Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social advertising platforms.
- Experience pulling reports, reviewing campaign data, and identifying trends.
- Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, digital tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain marketing performance to non-marketing stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to improving digital performance, reporting, and marketing processes.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6 to 12 months, success in this role will include helping create clean, consistent reporting for paid advertising and analytics, supporting standard operating procedures for digital campaigns, improving the quality of performance reports, and providing relevant, actionable recommendations for marketing leadership.
