We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Digital
Marketing Expert to own and drive Redseer's end-to-end digital marketing
engine. This role sits at the intersection of brand and demand generation.
We are looking for a hustler,
someone who does not shy away from going the extra mile when faced with a
unique marketing challenge. At Redseer, the problems are rarely textbook.
Neither are the solutions.
• Account-Based Marketing: Design and run ABM
programs
• Performance Marketing: Execute and scale
LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic ad campaigns end-to-end for TOMA and
inbound demand generation
• Social Media: Drive organic and paid social
strategy (LinkedIn-first) to build brand presence and thought leadership. Track
engagement, audience growth, and channel-specific KPIs
• Email Marketing: Own and execute newsletters,
lead nurture sequences, and drip campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain
performance dashboards in GA4 and HubSpot
• Own marketing attribution: MQL-to-SQL tracking,
and campaign ROI reporting
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with
a measurable track record, preferably in B2B, consulting, or professional
services
• Deep expertise in at least ABM and Performance
marketing
• Proven ability to independently manage LinkedIn
Campaign Manager and Google Ads — from setup to optimisation
• Proficiency with HubSpot or equivalent marketing
automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
• Strong grasp of GA4, attribution models, campaign
reporting, and dashboard building
• Collaborative by nature and a self-starter with a bias
for action who thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment
