Digital Operations Supervisor
The Digital Operations Supervisor role reports to the Director of CRM. This role will oversee the day-to-day execution of digital offers and communications and ensures successful management and launch of various marketing initiatives to promote personalized customer experiences.
In the role, he/ she will review and test communications, coordinate the execution of marketing offers/campaigns, and identify process improvements to enhance campaign execution and cadence.
Additionally, the role involves coordinating quality assurance activities related to campaign execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The individual will leverage expertise in business and marketing tools and processes, contribute to improving campaign execution performance, and share insights with the business teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of digital campaigns and track execution status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing promotions and offers are properly setup and functioning at the Point of Sale and within the Murphy Drive Rewards (MDR) app.
Review and Test communications for accuracy of the offer, content, legal disclaimers, properly functioning links, and accurate offer assignment in Murphy Drive Rewards (MDR).
Collaborate across marketing teams to identify all digital offers and tests, and support alignment on optimized marketing calendar.
Coordinate with third-party marketing agencies and software companies in support of digital campaign execution.
Work with external creative teams to develop content needed for digital marketing offers and tests and collaborate internally to validate brand standards are maintained.
Identify and recommend process improvements to campaign execution and cadence.
Manage digital store updates across NTI, R&R and other key store level events.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Required Experience and Skills
Broad knowledge of such fields as marketing, communications, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus at least two years of related experience and/or training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced Software skills: PowerPoint, Excel
Additional Software skills: Marketing and project management tools such as Braze, Asana, Campaign Manager
