- Short evening shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Welcome residents and help create an enjoyable dining experience
- Take meal orders and serve food with care and attention
- Build friendly relationships with residents and families
- Assist with setting and clearing tables
- Help maintain a clean, organized dining room
- Work as part of a supportive team focused on resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of restaurant experience to succeed in this role. We are looking for individuals who are:
- Friendly and personable
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable interacting with seniors
- Team-oriented
- Able to remain on their feet for portions of the shift
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, caregiving, education, retail, or volunteer work is helpful but not required.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who:
- Enjoy interacting with seniors and helping create a positive dining experience.
- Have a friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Communicate clearly and work well with residents, families, and team members.
- Are dependable, punctual, and able to follow through on commitments.
- Pay attention to details and take pride in keeping the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Are comfortable staying active during a 3-hour shift, including walking, standing, and carrying meal trays.
- Can work cooperatively as part of a supportive team.
- Are available to work evening shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, food service, caregiving, retail, education, or volunteer work is appreciated but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
A current Washington State Food Worker Card (Food Handler's Permit) is required or must be obtained upon hire.
