New Albany Country Club is seeking professional, service-driven Bartenders/Servers to join our À La Carte Dining Team.

Located just minutes from 270 & 161 and 10 minutes from Easton, NACC is a premier private club offering an elevated dining experience in a beautiful, member-focused setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals and students seeking consistent evening work in a refined, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized food & beverage service to members and guests

  • Demonstrate full knowledge of menu items, daily features, wine, beer, and spirits

  • Execute proper steps of service and uphold formal dining standards

  • Set up and maintain dining areas to ensure all spaces are member-ready

  • Accurately enter and deliver orders in a timely manner

  • Follow opening/closing procedures and daily operational checklists

  • Collaborate across departments to exceed member expectations

  • Learn and use member names to create a warm, welcoming experience

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer offerings


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 19 years old

  • Evening and weekend availability required

  • Previous food & beverage experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Professional appearance and polished communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
