Experience Level: Senior Leadership
This position is intended for an experienced technology leader with a demonstrated history of building and deploying enterprise-grade solutions in complex operating environments.
About RISE
RISE is a vertically integrated real estate company across development, construction, property management, and asset management.

Our goal is simple: create a more efficient, scalable, and data-driven business that allows our teams to focus on high-value work, improve decision-making, and support long-term growth.
We are building the operating platform that will support the next phase of the company's evolution.
Position Overview
RISE is seeking an experienced Director of AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems, enterprise automation initiatives, and digital transformation efforts across the organization.
