• Grow annual fund revenue, participation, and donor retention by leading the Foundation’s annual giving strategy and multi-channel fundraising communications program in partnership with the CEO. Build and manage a disciplined, year-round annual giving system that informs, solicits, and stewards donors through coordinated campaigns, strong segmentation and workflow management, and clear performance tracking.
