What You’ll Do
As Director of IT, you’ll lead the organization’s technology strategy, operations, and innovation efforts—ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals while delivering a high-quality user experience across the organization.
- Lead & Develop the IT Organization: Build, lead, and mentor the IT team while establishing clear priorities, structure, and accountability. Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture aligned with company values and business objectives.
- Drive IT Strategy & Business Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute IT strategies that support organizational goals, improve efficiency, and enable growth. Translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Oversee IT Operations & Service Delivery: Ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing technology systems by overseeing infrastructure, applications, and support services. Establish service standards, monitor performance, and continuously improve user experience.
- Advance Systems, Applications & Innovation: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement, optimize, and scale systems and applications that support evolving business needs. Identify and adopt new technologies that enhance performance and drive innovation.
- Strengthen Data Security & Compliance: Maintain and enhance the security of systems, networks, and data while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and partner across departments to understand needs, solve challenges, and deliver effective technology solutions that improve business performance and field operations.
