The Manager of Information Technology will be directly responsible for assisting with the overall IT strategy as well as responsible for implementation and risk management related to IT applications, IT infrastructure, technology operations, and IT operating budgets, in order to build and maintain a technology environment that is secure, compliant and able to support the company’s growth.

The key areas of responsibilities include:

• Leads the organization’s efforts to develop an IT strategy, identify resources needed to support the strategy and flawlessly execute initiatives in support of the strategic objectives.
• Manages, maintains and enhances the following Technology functional areas:
• IT Applications, Security & Compliance, Infrastructure & Technology Operations
• Maintains an overall strategy for enterprise-wide system architecture and design to ensure systems integrate well and can be shared easily among authorized users.
• Leads the identification, selection, development and implementation approach for new hardware and software platforms.
• Accountable to safeguard all corporate IT assets to ensure they are secure and implements/manages a Disaster Recovery capability within the company for mission critical applications.
• Provides strong support to cross functional teams to drive improvements in business process through technology and process improvement.
• Demonstrates proficiency in project management, operational skills and technical knowledge. 
• Understands and stays current on relevant advancements and industry trends in IT.  Explores new technologies (software/hardware) for future planning and potential implementation.  Has knowledge with how AI can optimize business processes and / or elevate business.
• Maintains overall responsibility for ensuring that all organizational policy and procedures are compliant with organizational and statutory requirements.

• High degree of verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels (Senior Business Leaders, Board of Directors).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a time sensitive and dynamic environment.

• 7+ years progressive IT leadership experience.  Demonstrable IT leadership and project delivery experience.  Successful career progression in similar organizations.
• The preferred candidate will have professional services industry experience.  Other industry experience a plus.
• Demonstrable experience working in a Cloud environment and working in a hybrid environment of third-party applications being integrated with custom code and/or internal applications such as an enterprise data warehouse.
• Demonstrable knowledge in cyber security best practices
• Demonstrate excellence in project management and creative problem solving.
• Proficient in contract negotiations and managing IT Managed Services vendors
• Broad current knowledge of current trends in IT (AI and other), and experience with evaluating/implementing/integrating internal and external solutions.
• Experience with the selection, implementation and maturation of enterprise software systems. 
• Demonstrated track record of success in driving business value through IT enablement.
• Innovative individual who aligns IT function to support business needs.
