This position also requires someone who is personable, organized, and able to work well under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
The Marketing Director will also be responsible for creating and managing the marketing budget, ensuring marketing investments generate strong performance and measurable returns.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the marketing team
Develop and oversee marketing strategies for multiple brands
Create and manage the marketing budget
Track and improve marketing ROI and campaign performance
Manage and maintain company websites and CMS platforms
Oversee CRM systems, lead tracking, and customer data strategy
Support and guide website design, development, and optimization
Manage marketing projects, timelines, and campaign execution
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Oversee advertising, social media, and digital marketing efforts
Communicate clearly with leadership, team members, and partners
Maintain a strong online and in person brand reputation
Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, including leadership or management
Strong experience with ROI-driven marketing strategy and reporting
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking
Experience with website design, development, and optimization
Knowledge of digital advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong project management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Creative thinker with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
