At VitaCare Living, we believe in adding life to the years of our residents and team through compassionate, person-centered care. We're on the lookout for a director of sales committed to helping our assisted living communities meet census goals. You will be trained in existing lead generation methods, sales process, and internal systems. You will be responsible for meeting weekly and monthly new admission targets. Our ideal applicant is a leader, innovator, and hard worker.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with on-site clinical and administrative staff to complete the admissions process of new residents.
- Generate new revenue by using a targeted outbound sales strategy that includes personal calls in your network, phone solicitation to local professionals, travel agencies, and other groups or corporations
- Formulate sales strategies that sustain high levels of occupancy and profitability in collaboration with department managers and their goals
- Analyze market data and use it to develop methods for meeting financial targets, designing marketing plan deliverables, and developing an annual sales forecast
