Dispatch Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:
- Confirm templates the day before scheduled template appointments.
- Schedule templates and maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Confirm installations the day before completion, including cabinet readiness, generators, and safe pathways.
- Schedule installations and repairs.
- Batch print installation paperwork and quality check printed batches.
- Batch print cut sheets twice daily.
- Answer builder and sales questions regarding installation schedules, ETAs, and job status.
- Add purple notes and updates into RFMS.
- Scan installation cover sheets into the S Drive.
- Communicate with installers and resolve questions or issues.
- Maintain installer photo folders.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of customer service, sales support, purchasing, order processing, or administrative experience. Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.
