Position Overview: 

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to serve as a crucial link between our Sales and Marketing departments. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, efficient routing, and timely support for field representatives across multiple states. This position requires quick decision-making, multitasking abilities, and a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing, providing support to both teams. 

  • Dispatch and route 15–25 representatives across 9 states, ensuring timely service and operational efficiency. 

  • Track and report daily production metrics to ensure alignment with company goals. 

  • Manage production spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. 

  • Perform data entry tasks with precision. 

  • Answer inbound phone calls, addressing inquiries professionally. 

  • Collaborate with a second dispatcher to maximize efficiency and improve workflow. 

  • Provide ongoing support to Sales and Marketing teams, adapting to their needs and priorities. 

Qualifications: 

  • Strong ability to read maps and follow directions. 

  • Proficient typing and data entry skills with a keen attention to detail. 

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. 

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturday mornings.
