Door, Window & Siding Division Lead - Worthmann Roofing (High Springs, FL)

Worthmann Roofing is hiring a hands-on Door, Window & Siding Division Lead to oversee production, crews, and job execution across exterior installation projects. This is a field-first leadership role for someone with real experience installing or managing doors, windows, siding, or similar exterior systems who is ready to lead crews, ensure quality, and drive profitability.

What You'll Do

• Lead door, window, and siding crews in the field
• Oversee job quality, safety, and production schedules
• Ensure projects stay on budget and meet gross profit targets
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and job readiness
• Manage subcontractor performance and accountability
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to avoid delays or rework
• Complete final walkthroughs to ensure installation quality standards are met

What We're Looking For

• Experience in door, window, siding, or exterior installation (required)
• Experience leading crews or managing job sites
• Strong understanding of exterior construction systems and installation methods
• Ability to manage subcontractors and production flow
• Comfortable working in the field daily (not a desk role)
• Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills
