Job Description
Titan Post Drivers is seeking an experienced, strategic and innovative Division Manager to lead our Titan team based in Blairsville, PA.

Titan Post Drivers (a division of Kencove Farm Fence, Inc.) is a leading supplier of high-performance, gas-powered, post-driving equipment used in agricultural, fencing, property management, rental, tent and event industry, landscape and erosion control and other applications. Known for its durable, reliable, user-friendly, and efficient tools, Titan specializes in continuous innovative solutions that streamline fence installation and reduce manual labor. Titan Post Drivers supports a broader mission of delivering high quality fencing solutions and equipment to customers.

Job Summary:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the division
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of the division
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff
• Set performance goals and objectives for the division
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Manage budget and allocate resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Evaluate and report on division performance to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the division
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise within the division

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a management role
• Proven track record of successful team leadership
• Experience with financial management and budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
