Essential Job Duties Include:&nbsp;&nbsp;

	Recruit prospective new hires by sharing pertinent information about the job and following up with leads daily.&nbsp;

	Take and make high volumes of calls.
	</li>
	<li>
	Use an applicant tracking software proficiently to monitor applicants.&nbsp;
	</li>
	<li>
	Screen and prequalify applicants through the use of reports.
	</li>
	<li>
	Schedule and confirm applicants.
	</li>
	<li>
	Meet KPI&rsquo;s and quotas such as number of hires, weekly talk time, and number of calls.
	</li>
</ul>

Driver Recruiter

Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA and company policies, strong communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, ability to make high volumes of calls, use applicant tracking software, meet KPI quotas, and work remotely when required.
