Job Summary

Driver / Warehouse Associates perform a wide variety of tasks that lead to the daily success of Crescent Parts & Equipment.  As a Driver, you will represent a trusted HVAC and Refrigeration industry wholesaler by providing precision and excellent customer service in your daily deliveries to our customers in the Springfield, Rolla, Joplin, Branson, and Osage Beach areas.

We are looking for a motivated, career-minded individual to help us deliver the quality products our customers need. There will also be some limited warehouse duties (filling orders, stocking inventory, etc.). Driving/delivery approximately 80% of the job, and warehouse duties approximately 20% of the job.

Responsibilities

• Driver
  • Transport products efficiently and effectively (28’ Box Truck)
  • Load and unload the truck
  • Deliver orders to customers with outstanding accuracy and exceptional customer service
• Inventory & Cycle Counting
  • Maintain accurate inventory and proper bin locations on all stocked items
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to manage stock levels, non-stock inventory, and unavailable inventory.
  • Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies
• Shipping & Receiving
  • Oversee/Conduct the shipping, receiving, and delivery of purchase orders, products, and warehouse transfers
  • Load/unload trucks and make customer deliveries when necessary
• Branch Upkeep & Safety
  • Ensure all areas of the branch/store are kept clean, orderly, and safe
  • Keep all catalogs, books, product literature, and store displays orderly and up to date
