Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Change Management Specialist to support organisational transformation and adoption across IT-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing change for technology projects and a solid understanding of how change impacts people, processes, and systems. Experience with copywriting and visual design tools will be considered a strong advantage.

This role partners closely with internal business units and technical teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that drive adoption and minimise resistance for IT-related projects.
  • Partner with project managers, developers, solution owners, and internal stakeholders to align change activities with project timelines and objectives.
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to identify change risks and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans that foster understanding and commitment to new initiatives.
  • Support internal clients (departments and business units) in embedding new processes and technologies into day-to-day operations.
  • Track and measure change adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.
  • Provide input to project governance and ensure business continuity through transition.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation’s change management framework and toolkits.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation, to anticipate change impacts and support related projects.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in change management within IT or digital transformation environments.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) preferred. 
  • Exposure to or involvement in AI, analytics, or automation projects is a plus.
  • Experience with visual and eDM design (e.g. Figma, Adobe Photoshop or illustrator) is a strong plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience supporting internal clients or shared services functions within large organisations is desirable.
