Compensation:
- Wage Range Starting: $28/hour - $35/hour based on qualifications and experience
Job functions and duties
- Promote and enforce company safety policies while ensuring field teams remain compliant with project safety requirements.
- Manage projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Coordinate installations, repairs, materials, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project schedules, field operations, change orders, subcontractor proposals, procurement, and project closeout activities.
- Maintain compliance with company contracting processes and procedures while resolving project issues and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Obtain customer acceptance and final project sign-off.
- Travel as required, including occasional overnight stays, and maintain flexibility to work outside normal business hours when needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors and assigned project resources, including planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Address complaints, resolve problems, and assist with interviewing, hiring, and termination activities as needed.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, climb ladders and comfortably lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to pass a full background screening, MVR, and drug screening
Additional Requirements
- 10 years Minimum of Electrical experience
- Experience in Commercial, Industrial, and Controls enviroments.
- OSHA 10 certification (the company will provide if needed)
