Electrician

Install and trouble shoot all electrical equipment, machinery, & devices etc.  Maintain electrical and mechanical on all equipment in the facility. 

 

,Job Duties:

 

 Perform daily inspection of equipment online or off, water system, air system, blending tower and all warehouse equipment. 

         Perform P.M. checks on lines as specified on checklist.

         Complete work orders as needed.

         Help with daily repair of equipment and machinery etc.

         Use a torch and welder when necessary.

         Asist in other duties as helper to employees as required.

 Perform any duty assigned by the maintenance supervisor deemed necessary to meet demands of production or shipping

 Perform assigned duties with quality in mind, being alert to any nonconformity and taking action to identify, record, initiate, recommend, or provide solutions.

 

 

         Knowledge of high voltage, AC & DC drives & motors.         

         Knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic operation.

       Knowledge of PLC.

       Basic computer skills.

       Ability to perform job duties with or without supervision in a safe and orderly fashion.            Good communication skills.

 

 

       Knowledge of lockout/tagout systems

         Use all practical safety precautions when working with electricity, motors, & machinery.
