🕐 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Sunday – Thursday

At Bath Fitter, our Electromechanical Technicians are the behind-the-scenes problem solvers keeping production moving safely and efficiently. From PLC programming and electrical diagnostics to fabrication and continuous improvement projects, this role is built for someone who loves hands-on technical work and takes pride in fixing, building, and improving equipment. 

 

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems  
  • Work with PLCs including Allen Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi 
  • Read and build ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and control panels  
  • Diagnose AC/DC motors, drives, relays, timers, thermocouples, and safety systems  
  • Perform welding, fabrication, machining, and equipment modifications  
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant  
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Help keep operations safe, efficient, and running at full speed  

 🛠 What We’re Looking For 

  • 4+ years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience  
  • Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming knowledge
  • Experience with industrial electrical systems (120V–480V) 
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics  
  • MIG and stick welding experience preferred  
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to problem solve independently  
  • Someone proactive, dependable, and ready to jump in when challenges arise
