What does this role look like?
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the Targets and Countermeasures Program (TCP), a 20-year-old Program with a long-standing history of Mission Success and of a strong partnership with our MDA Customer! Are you an enthusiastic individual with a strong planning background that can thrive in an exciting fast-paced dynamic environment?
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
• Designing, developing, documenting, and testing electronics systems and interfaces
• Working on complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions.
• Performing hands-on testing and troubleshooting of RF systems using a range of equipment including spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes to measure and analyze RF data
• Assisting in developing and implementing test procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems with other components
• Applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. This will include supporting major program milestone events.
Contingent job offers based on winning a contract.
To be effective in this role, you will need:
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• A final DoD Interim Secret clearance is required to be considered, thus US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications
• Related experience working on electrical/electronic development projects
• Experience with RF test and measurement equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, Vector Network Analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF power meters, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft software products including Visio
• Active Interim Secret Clearance required.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
