Job Description

The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is seeking an Eligibility Coordinator for a full-time position in Chattanooga, TN.

Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is Chattanooga's leading provider of multi-specialty orthopaedic care since 1979. We have 11 convenient locations in the Chattanooga, North Georgia and surrounding area. We offer advanced sports medicine, orthopaedics, surgery, physical and occupational therapy and sports training.

Responsible for verifying/loading benefits for therapy and providers coming into the office, obtaining authorization/referrals and replying to emails from other departments regarding eligibility tasks.
