We are seeking an Employee Benefit Plan Senior Auditor to join our team!

As an EBP Auditor, you will work under the direction of an engagement team leader and manage multiple engagements simultaneously. Partners, Directors, and Managers provide direction, training, and professional guidance as you grow your career with us. 

What your day looks like:

  • Planning, directing, and completing audits.
  • Supervision of multiple Associates and Interns on engagements.
  • Preparation of financial statements.
  • Successfully manage multiple tasks for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Work closely with Partners, Directors, Managers, and Staff. 
  • Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve audit-related matters, and make recommendations for operational or internal control improvements.
  • Apply your comprehensive understanding of Employee Benefit Plans, processes, and business objectives on engagements.

What you need for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • CPA designation strongly preferred.
  • Experience auditing a variety of benefit plans required.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP and GAAS.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • ProSystems, Engagement or other related software experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Willing to stay up to date through continuing education and continuous reading of professional journals.
  • Involved in community/business associations.
