Job Description
Position: Encapsulation Product Manager

Location: St Charles MO 


The Product Manager for Encapsulation will be responsible for supporting the Encapsulation Department in customer service,


manufacturing, quality, and inventory. The Product Manager will oversee the production process to maintain quality, consistency, and


adherence to the schedule. The Product Manager will coordinate with the Director of Manufacturing to meet production timelines and


customer expectations.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


· Responsible for working with Prod. Management to maintain encapsulation parts manufacturing and assembly schedules


· Support the continuous improvement and departmental growth of encapsulation parts and machines


· Responsible for supporting departments with questions including customer service, manufacturing and shipping & receiving


· Responsible for reviewing cost to manufacture and list price of goods


· Working across departments to ensure lead times are met (incl. Purchasing, Inventory, Assembly, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS


· Leadership Skills


· Above average organizational skills and attention to detail


· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills


· Strong data analysis skills


EXPERIENCE


· 3+ years’ experience with Encapsulation operations and/or manufacturing of parts


· 2+ years’ management and training experience


· ERP experience preferred


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


· Office – will be required to sit at desk using computer, standing, and walking for 8 or more hours each day


· Manufacturing – will be required to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach in various capacities throughout the day
