Energy Service/ Driver - Coldwater
Position Description:
This position will work closely with our energy division sales team to deliver bulk and packaged Lubricants and Fuel to agricultural, commercial and consumer end users. This position will also repair and install Fuel and lube equipment. This position will report to the Energy Division Manager.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Delivery of petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel fuel and lubricants to customer locations
- Delivery and repair of petroleum and lubricant equipment to customer locations
- Customer Service (Relations) - Ensures the highest quality customer experience. Is responsive and courteous.
- Image - Maintains a consistent company image both internally and externally during both business and non-business hours.
- Work Ethic - Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, efficiency, and quality. Exercises entrepreneurial spirit for the success and growth of the company and self. Accepts empowerment, responsibility, and accountability.

- Maintenance - Coordinates with operations manager to ensure proper maintenance of property and equipment.

- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Commercial driver's license with hazardous materials and tanker endorsement.
- Working knowledge of MSDS labeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Willing to work with the right candidate to help secure these licenses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous agricultural cooperative or agriculture related experience.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist or lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- The employee may be required to climb or be at elevated heights to inspect facilities and equipment.
