Job Description

Role : Enterprise Mobility Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide mobility programs and regional mobility operations aligned with business and digital strategy.
• Manage end-to-end mobility service delivery, operational stability, asset lifecycle, and change/risk management.
• Oversee vendors, MSPs, contracts, billing, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Agile, automation, and data-driven mobility solutions.
• Collaborate across sourcing, finance, legal, IT, and business teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

• Stable and cost-effective regional mobility services
• Executed mobility roadmap aligned with organizational strategy
• Improved vendor performance and measurable cost savings
• Accurate financial reporting, billing validation, and cost allocation
• Risk mitigation and operational continuity plans
• Up-to-date service and system documentation
