By applying for this role, you will be considered for Engineering & Technology (E&T) opportunities within Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area. This is a Pipeline Req, sample statement of work, and actual job responsibilities will be within one of our functional organizations. We may have multiple opportunities at various levels.
MFC is one of five Lockheed Martin business areas and is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. MFC develops, manufactures and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies. Basic Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Professional experience as an RF Engineer, System Integration, Test, & Evaluation Engineer, or Embedded Software Engineer
Desired Skills
- Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
- Defense/aerospace industry experience
- Prior missile program experience
- Design, develop, and validate RF subsystems and communications architectures.
- Lead system integration activities, ensuring hardware/software compatibility across platforms.
- Conduct test and evaluation campaigns; generate test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver mission‑critical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical community of practice.
