POSITION SUMMARY:

Audigy provides practice management consulting services for ENT practices across the country, and we’re looking for the right person to be part of that work.

Audigy’s tools, frameworks, and best practices are built for the full scope of what ENT practices operate including audiology, allergy, sleep, aesthetics, and beyond. In this role, you’ll bring that proven approach to ENT practices, helping members strengthen their core operations and the full range of ancillary service lines they run.

Each ENT member practice works with a small Audigy team: typically, this Advisor alongside one or two Practice Management Consultants. You will be the ENT-specific depth on that team. You won’t be running the member’s practice for them. You’ll be one of the trusted advisors who helps them run it better.

As part of Audigy’s Medical Team, you’ll work alongside Practice Management Consultants, bringing ENT-specific expertise to sharpen how we serve members. With support from coding, HR, marketing, and industry partners, you can focus on what matters most: translating deep ENT knowledge into real, measurable results for member practices, helping our members achieve their practice goals. If you have deep ENT experience, a natural ability to build trust with practice leaders, and a creative mindset that makes the people and teams around you better, this role was built for someone like you. Come be part of the team that ENT practices lean on for achieving goals and high-quality patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Serve as a key member of the Audigy Medical Strategic Business Unit for assigned ENT member practices, working alongside Practice Management Consultants to deliver consistent, high-quality guidance.
  • Build strong, credible connections with ENT physicians, practice administrators, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain regular contact through virtual check-ins and occasional on-site visits, stay close to practice needs, and deliver ongoing advisory support.
  • Advise practice leaders on operational workflows, scheduling, billing processes, and administrative design, helping them identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Apply Audigy’s proven practice-management frameworks to help ENT practices strengthen their ancillary service lines, including audiology, allergy, sleep, aesthetics, etc.
  • Review revenue-cycle performance and key performance indicators including collections rate, days in A/R, and productivity benchmarks, and translate what the numbers mean into clear next steps.
  • Conduct structured practice assessments across all core operational areas including Practice Overview & Org Structure; Audiology, Allergy, and Imaging Departments; Ancillary Services (Sleep, Aesthetics, and other); Operations & Patient Access; HR & Staffing; Financial Management; Compliance & Regulatory; Marketing & Growth; Technology & Data; Quality & Patient Experience; Culture & Leadership; and Strategic Assessment; as well as produce written reports with prioritized recommendations and action plans.
  • Build tailored presentation decks and structured action plans that translate assessment findings into prioritized, time-bound next steps for practice leadership.
  • Provide high-level compliance guidance on HIPAA, CMS, and payer requirements, partnering with Audigy’s internal coding expert and partners for specialty detail and support.
  • Stay current on ENT reimbursement trends and specialty developments, and proactively share what matters with the practices and team you support.
  • Work alongside Practice Management Consultants to develop ENT-specific playbooks, frameworks, and resources that make the whole team more effective.
  • Mentor and coach Practice Management Consultants through one-on-one development, ENT-specific training, and regular case reviews that sharpen the team’s advisory judgment.
  • Maintain consistent engagement across all assigned practices on a defined check-in cadence, and drive member retention by delivering the guidance and outcomes that demonstrate the value of Audigy membership.
  • Recognize when practice needs call for senior leadership involvement and facilitate those conversations smoothly.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Required Experience

  • Experience managing ancillary service line operations within ENT practices, such as audiology, allergy, etc.
  • A genuine innovative thinker who brings creative, practical ideas to complex challenges
  • A collaborative team contributor who thrives working alongside colleagues toward shared goals
