Experience | 3-5 years’ experience in positions of increasing responsibility in sanitation and environmental services |

| Duties described below will be performed in a manner consistent with the mission and ministry of Baptist Life Communities. It is the mission of Baptist Life Communities to administer the Spirit of Christ in person by providing not-for-profit health care and other services to the elderly and their families in a Christian environment based upon the examples and teaching of Christ. It is expected that the person in this position seek excellence in his/her own work in support of the ministry of Baptist Life Communities. | |

50% | · Directly supervises employees in the Environmental Services departments; including housekeeping and laundry. · Makes rounds throughout the facility to examine cleanliness, safety, and working condition of each resident room, hallway, common area, and exterior component of the building. · Maintains an adequate supply of linen and equipment, housekeeping supplies, and chemicals as to efficiently operate within budget. | |
