Responsible for improving and/or maintaining the availability of production equipment with the best performance in terms of maintenance, quality and production metrics.
Responsabilidades
Carry out and send reports on relevant activities for the day of the shift.
• Review the status of production equipment.
• Monitoring of equipment failures seeking continuous improvement.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
• Supervision of the manufacturing, modification and installation of equipment.
• Creation of manuals and definition of equipment maintenance.
• Work together with production and areas involved for adequate performance of cutting equipment.
• Work on Continuous Improvement projects.
Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas
• Intermediate English 75%
• Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
• Two years of experience handling electronic component cutting equipment.
Experiencia y Habilidades Deseadas
Generation of reports, graphics in Exel, Word, Power Point.
Uses electrical diagrams, tires and interpretation to solve problems.
Knowledge in project implementation, planning and execution (Kaizen and Pokeyokes)
Knowledge of sensors, vision systems, saw cutting mechanisms.
Knowledge and use of mechanical tools.
Handling of measuring instruments (multimeter, sources, ammeters, vernier, micrometer, etc.)
Management of medication equipment (force meter, vibrations, temperature, etc.)
Basic knowledge of AC and DC motors.
Knowledge of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
Personal training.
