Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional to join our team as an Equipment Sales & Title Clerk / Transportation Assistant. This dual-role position combines customer-facing sales support with administrative responsibilities related to equipment titles, registrations, and transportation logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Equipment Sales Support:

  • Assist sales team with equipment listings, pricing, and customer inquiries
  • Prepare sales documentation, invoices, and purchase agreements
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales activity

Title Clerk Duties:

  • Process titles, registrations, and lien releases accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Communicate with customers, lenders, and government agencies regarding title status
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all title-related paperwork

Transportation Assistance:

  • Schedule and coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups
  • Work with drivers and third-party transport companies
  • Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status
  • Assist in optimizing transportation routes and logistics planning
  • Work with third party companies to order permits

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)
  • Previous experience in equipment sales, title processing, logistics, or administrative support is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with DMV/title regulations
  • Experience with inventory or dealership management systems
  • Basic understanding of transportation/logistics coordination
