Job Description

SUMMARY: The ERP Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users of our ERP software, Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role involves resolving application issues, assisting users’ complete business processes, and providing advice on Dynamics functionality. The Analyst will work closely with IT teams, end-users, and vendors on projects to optimize the Dynamics environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Technical Support: Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Address and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot software or reporting problems, working with users and technical teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • User Training and Documentation: Develop and conduct training sessions for new Dynamics users. Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
  • System Maintenance and Upgrades: Assist in the planning and communication of system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks. 
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, sales, and operations, to support business processes and initiatives.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices. Stay updated on new Dynamics features and industry trends.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality requirements.
