Description

HP Tuners seeks an ERP Support Specialist who is driven by understanding the business need and making NetSuite technology work for the business. As the Company continues its growth of products and markets, it will need to expand and customize NetSuite and integrate it with specialized software (third party and proprietary).


The ERP Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's NetSuite ERP platform while partnering with business stakeholders to improve operational processes. This role combines technical ERP administration with business process analysis to ensure the ERP system supports efficient, scalable, and standardized business operations. This role will be based onsite in Buffalo Grove, IL. 


This position will report to the Associate Director of Finance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary backup for the Senior NetSuite Administrator.
  • Serve as a point of contact for NetSuite user support across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and other business functions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, escalating complex technical problems when necessary.
  • Manage support cases, incidents, and service requests in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and migration efforts.
  • Manage system enhancements, updates, testing, and deployment of new NetSuite functionality.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and implementation partners on system improvements and integrations.
  • Maintain ERP documentation, system configurations, and support procedures.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge base documentation; and provide training and guidance to end users on NetSuite functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities by ensuring data accuracy and resolving system-related issues.
  • Perform other NetSuite administration and business systems support duties as assigned.
Requirements

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND COMPETENCIES


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field and 2-3 years of experience with ERP administration, configuration, and third-party integrations in complex environments. 
  • Assume responsibility for moderately complex issues and problems while continuously improving skill base and escalating complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Perform work effectively under general supervision.
  • 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration or support experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP business functions, including finance, procurement, and inventory.
  • Knowledge of scripting and webservices preferred.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and saved searches in NetSuite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain professional and flexible while under pressure.
  • A strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and work at a desk and at a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Compensation and Benefits


At HP Tuners LLC, we understand that compensation plays a key role when considering a new opportunity. We are dedicated to ensuring fair pay for all employees and continually work towards greater transparency in our compensation practices. The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 – 90,000, with actual pay determined including factors such as location, skills, experience, and other relevant considerations. This position also qualifies for a discretionary bonus and a complete benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) program with employer matching.
