We are looking for a passionate Backend Developer who believes in building scalable systems, solving complex engineering challenges, and leveraging AI to create smarter products and workflows. We are seeking someone who loves coding, enjoys hands-on development, and stays updated with emerging technologies and AI innovations.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs.

Build high-performance microservices and distributed systems.

Develop and optimize database architectures for performance and reliability.

Integrate third-party APIs, tracking systems, and automation platforms.

Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to improve internal products and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining system uptime.

Work on cloud-native architectures and infrastructure optimization.

Continuously evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools to drive innovation.

Participate actively in system design discussions and architectural decisions.

Contribute directly to coding and development on a daily basis.

Requirements

3–5 years of backend development experience.

Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Node.js, Python, Golang, Java, or PHP.

Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

Strong understanding of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices.

Good understanding of system design, scalability, security, and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Passion for coding and technology innovation.

Enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Automation, and emerging technologies.

Ability to independently identify problems and create technical solutions.
