What You'll Do
As Director of Clinical Services, you will provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for clinical programs and leaders across the organization.
You will:
• Lead and support clinical supervisors, program leaders, and multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee clinical quality, service delivery, and program performance across assigned programs
• Develop strategies that improve consumer outcomes, staff engagement, and operational effectiveness
• Monitor program performance metrics and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with DBH, Medicaid, Joint Commission, and organizational standards
• Support workforce development, clinical supervision, and leadership succession planning
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, government agencies, and stakeholders
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, innovation, and person-centered care

Required Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Independent Clinical License in the District of Columbia (LICSW, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated leadership experience within behavioral health settings
• Strong clinical, operational, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience overseeing multiple behavioral health programs
• Experience with DBH Core Service Agency programs
• Experience with Joint Commission accreditation
• Experience managing supervisors and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience leading quality improvement and program development initiatives

Compensation: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
