What You’ll Do


Guest Experience

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide genuine, thoughtful service that goes the extra mile.
  • Maintain a positive, courteous attitude especially during busy evening periods.
  • Take orders accurately (front counter, drive-thru, mobile, or dining room).
  • Communicate clearly to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for guests.

Order Accuracy & Speed of Service

  • Follow Chick-fil-A’s proven procedures to deliver timely, accurate service.
  • Double-check orders before presenting them to guests.
  • Operate the POS confidently and process cash/card transactions with care.
  • Work efficiently while upholding high standards of quality.

Restaurant Cleanliness & Safety

  • Help maintain a clean, organized dining room and service area.
  • Assist with bussing, restocking, and sanitizing tasks.
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Teamwork & Professionalism

  • Partner with fellow team members to create a smooth, efficient shift.
  • Take direction well and support other stations as needed.
  • Maintain polished appearance, punctuality, and reliability.

Guest Recovery

  • Handle guest concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Communicate issues promptly to leadership to ensure quick solutions.
