Trigger House is a cutting-edge experiential marketing agency focused on creating unforgettable brand experiences. We're seeking a reliable, solutions-oriented Event Producer to support the execution of live events, brand activations, trade shows, and experiential programs. This hands-on role combines event production, logistics coordination, transportation, and onsite execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing events to life from start to finish.

Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Event Support: Manage onsite logistics, setup, execution, and load-out for experiential programs, trade shows, and live events (supporting both FOH and BOH operations).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Leads, Production, Fabrication, and Warehouse teams to coordinate logistics, transportation schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Onsite Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, venue staff, and leadership to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Equipment Transport: Safely operate company fleet vehicles (sprinter vans, box trucks, trailers) to transport event assets in compliance with all regulations.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with loading, unloading, securing, tracking, and reconciling inventory for all event materials and equipment.
  • Event Documentation: Provide digital photo documentation, quantitative event reports, and operational debriefs to the Account Lead within 24 hours of event completion.
  • Financial & Safety Compliance: Track and submit event expenses/receipts on time, complete incident reports, and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in event production, live events, or experiential marketing.
  • Driving & Compliance: Clean driving record and experience operating sprinter vans, box trucks, and trailers; DOT Medical Card required (or obtainable before start) along with passing drug tests.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of outdoor/indoor event setup and breakdown for extended periods.
  • Availability & Location: Local to Trigger House HQ with the flexibility for regional travel, overnights, and working non-traditional hours (weekends/holidays).


Preferred Qualifications

  • CDL Class A license.
  • Experience towing trailers.
  • Experience working both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) at live events, activations, or experiential programs.
  • Forklift certification or warehouse operations experience.
