Required Qualifications
- Be enrolled as a student at Michigan State University (during academic year)
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
- Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Must be available to work during all home football games
- Must be positive and respectful
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, catering, or event experience is helpful but not required
- Experience working in team-oriented environments

Work Hours
- $15 per hour
- Flexible shifts that accommodate class schedules
- Variable hours Mon-Fri 7:00am to 10:00pm
- All HOME Football games preferred
- Occasional weekend shifts based on event needs
