About the Role
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a is seeking highly-skilled professional for the role of Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) for its Dallas, Detroit, or Pittsburgh office. This position provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Team and other firm executives. This role is critical to ensuring efficient HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and delivering a high level of services to internal stakeholders. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative service-oriented mindset. This is a hybrid position, requiring the EAA to be in the office 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
- Maintain employee records and HR systems (e.g. onboarding documentation, personnel files, compliance records)
- Support HR projects and initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and correspondence as needed
- Make travel arrangements, prepare expense reimbursement documentation and process departmental expenses
- Manage sensitive matters and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Required Skills and Experience
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- A track record of excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service are strongly preferred; and
- Previous experience in an administrative support role at an executive level.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, PowerPoint) ;
- Excellent attention to detail with superb proofreading skills;
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume and diverse workload able to handle multiple tasks at one time with exceptional organizational skills.
- Must have sound judgment and business acumen when interacting with clients, potential clients, guests, coworkers, and others; and
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The salary range at the time of posting is $36.00 - $41.00 hourly/$75,000 - $85,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
