Role Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant supports the new owner of Foretravel Motorcoach by managing communication coordinating priorities organizing information flow and ensuring operational continuity during the ownership transition. This role blends classic executive support with modern digital operations requiring someone who is tech savvy resourceful and comfortable working in a fluid evolving environment.
The position is partially remote with on site presence in Nacogdoches as needed for meetings document handling and coordination with Foretravel leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support Manage calendars schedule meetings prepare agendas and ensure the owner is briefed and prepared for all engagements
Digital Operations Maintain digital files dashboards shared drives and communication platforms and assist with technology setup and troubleshooting
Communication Management Draft emails coordinate with internal departments filter incoming requests and maintain a professional communication presence on behalf of the owner
Transition Coordination Track ownership transition tasks follow up with department heads and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Project Assistance Support special initiatives research assignments vendor coordination and documentation needs
Confidential Information Handling Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
