About TemperPack

TemperPack is a rapidly growing company based in Richmond, Virginia and with locations in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Lansing, Michigan. We design and manufacture innovative, sustainable packaging components for cold-chain shipping of food and pharmaceutical products.  The markets we serve have an urgent need for disruptive, sustainable alternatives to replace the wide array of non-sustainable packaging materials conventionally used in the cold-chain such as Styrofoam coolers.  Our aspiration is to provide packaging solutions that customers and end-consumers feel great about using.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage complex, high-priority calendars for the CEO and ELT — appointments, prioritization, and proactive conflict resolution

  • Coordinate executive travel: flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries that are accurate and ready before departure

  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports for executive team members

  • Organize internal and external meetings end-to-end: scheduling, agendas, reminders, venue booking, and catering coordination

  • Support Board of Directors meeting logistics, including preparation, scheduling, and follow-up coordination

  • Serve as the front-of-house for the Richmond office — greeting visitors, managing the environment, and owning the experience from arrival to departure

  • Manage corporate travel accounts, purchasing cards, and vendor relationships for office needs

  • Support our commercial team with trade show planning, customer event coordination, and travel logistics

  • Provide remote support to Las Vegas and Holt, MI offices on office management and company events

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff on special projects, communications support, and cross-functional coordination as needed
