The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, and business priorities. Job Description
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule to ensure effective time management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling documents, and recording minutes where required.
- Screen, prioritize, and manage correspondence, emails, and calls.
- Prepare presentations, reports, memos, and other business documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, visa applications, and expense claims.
- Follow up on pending matters, action items, and business priorities on behalf of the executive.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and executive communications.
- Organize executive meetings, leadership events, and company functions.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of executive documents, contracts, and records.
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative requirements as assigned.
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Executive Support, Administration, or a similar role.
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization, discretion, and professionalism.
