Buchart Horn, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the President to provide senior-level administrative, operational, and supervisory support within a multi-office AEC environment. This role supports executive leadership by managing priorities, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring administrative operations align with firm objectives, project delivery needs, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the President and internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Provide oversight and support for administrative staff across all Buchart Horn locations, including hiring, training, and performance support
- Collaborate with HR, Accounting, IT, Operations, and Business Development on firm-wide initiatives
- Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and best practices
- Prepare operational and financial reports and support month-end and year-end financial activities
- Maintain business registrations and licenses for the firm and its subsidiaries
- Support project accounting systems, administrative platforms, and system implementations (including Unanet)
- Serve as a point of contact during audits and for administrative and procedural inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all executive and firm matters
